I've looked at at this house in MLS and from Google Maps for a while... amazed at its location and unique design.  And now it has a new owner... a rather famous one.  Check it out...

I see a lot of homes.  Some are ... well ... not so nice.  And others ... absolutely amazing!!  Sometimes I even get to see them on the same day!  Really interesting to see the spectrum of wealth in the community.  The high end homes are always a bit more interesting!

This one is located in La Jolla Farms above Blacks Beach ... and can be your for the low low price of $12,800,000!
