Calculate After-Repair Value (ARV)

I've been doing a lot of As-Is / ARV appraisals for hard money lenders.  These loans are typically provided to small developers or homeowners doing major remodels or even add-ons.  This article is more for the investor than how the appraisals are conducted ... but I thought it was interesting and would pass it on!
