Rob Abbott
Rob got his start in appraisal through a software company called EFS Software back in 1989. The company, Easy Form System, of all things, wrote real estate appraisal software. After a brief stint at Craftsman Books, the building cost data company, he moved on to Hewlett Packard, where he joined forces with his mentor Thomas F. McCart who eventually trained him in real estate appraisal. The company they formed together is now known as The Appraisal Firm and is based in Escondido, California. Rob uses his knowledge of technology to leverage his company to provide fast and accurate appraisals with a superior level of customer service.
